Temecula Wedding Photographer | Falkner Winery Wedding | Clary and Alex

The threat of rain was definitely there in the morning hours but we knew that there was going to be no raining on this parade for our beautiful couple Clary and Alex.  Sure enough, the skies gave way to a fantastic glow on the Falkner Winery vineyards…

Alex could not avoid being chided by family and friends about his former days as a college calender model… He didn’t miss a step while giving us his natural good looks during portrait time!

We loved the classic use of black and red and the simple lines on Clary’s gorgeous wedding dress…

Clary is affectionately called “Hello Kitty” by her now brother-in-law because “she’s as cute as a button” … and we agree whole heartedly!

A burst of laughter broke the ice on a really emotional ceremony and helped the couple to relax and calm their jitters…

Carlsbad Wedding Photographer | Carlsbad Beach Engagement Photography | Melissa + Gregory

Melissa and Gregory plan to renew their wedding vows this November.  They are a fun loving couple who both enjoy riding their own motorbikes whenever possible.  So Gregory brought along his for their Carlsbad Beach shoot and we just had to take full advantage and get some sleek images “with attitude” just for the fun of it!  Melissa and Gregory were great sports about it and gave it all they had!  We had a lot of fun with it.  We think they did too!

Inland Empire Wedding Photographer | Inland Empire Orange Grove Wedding | Shana + Fabien

They couldn’t have come from more different worlds.  Shana is the granddaughter of orange and grapefruit grower, David Kelley, who in 1935 established a prominent grapefruit grove in the inland empire, her father Ken oversees the operation to this day!  Fabien is a French Canadian from Montreal.  They met and they fell deeply in love while living in Canada.  It seemed fitting that Shana would return to her roots and marry her man on the family farm surrounded by beautifully lush orange and citrus groves.

We loved the simple yet elegant detail for this unique wedding venue.

Each wedding guest was presented with a personal jar of Citrus Marmalade atop a simple array of French Country flatware and citrus accents.

Laguna Beach Wedding Photographer | Laguna Beach Hotel and Tivoli Too Wedding | Danielle and Nick

The wedding would begin on a beautiful and crisp Friday in March 2012 in the charming and warm Hotel Laguna, one of the very first hotels to grace the shores of the small beach town of Laguna.  The hotel has history, well documented turn of the century archival photos grace the lobby, reflecting a more simple but elegant time long ago.  A perfect spot for Danielle and Nick to begin their lifelong adventure….

The wedding details were chosen to reflect a simple yet elegant flare….

When Danielle and Nick made the decision to include a “First Look” into their day, it makes our day extra special too…  We love the pure emotion we get to capture when Bride and Groom see each other for the first time… a very special emotional moment reserved just for the couple to share!

Danielle and Nick caused quite a stir crossing the extremely busy Pacific Coast Highway… Heads turned as we made our way to a more private area for portraits.

Danielle and Nick would recite their wedding vows at Tivoli Too in Laguna.  This beautiful European courtyard setting is very romantic and a charming venue under the twinkle of evening light…

We had the best time with Danielle and Nick, it was a fantastic honor to be a part of their wedding day.  Their families and friends were so nice and appreciative to us during a very busy day!  Much thanks goes out to Danielle’s Maid of Honor, Courtney for suggesting us to Danielle for her big day!
